Taken had me “taken down a road I didn’t want to return from”. Sorry…corny play on words, haha. Felicity Brandon never fails to entertain me, and this book certainly fit the bill.
Dark, suspenseful reads have NEVER been my type of book. I want, erotic, little bit of dominating, and HEA. Well, Taken definitely ticked most of my boxes, but even THIS DARK read had me hooked from the beginning!! Molly and Connor are the main characters in this read and early on, Connor is a “hero” (which you wonder about). However, past the dubiousness, I quickly fell in love with the two of them together and their amazingly hot chemistry.
I am super excited that this is Book 1 in the series and can’t wait for the next one!!!
