Everywhere your turn these days it seems everyone is buzzing about BDSM Romance. Many of us have been fans of the genre for awhile, “mainstream” America has taken notice and the media is in a frenzy. I decided to ask a few BDSM authors to give us THEIR perspective on writing BDSM, reality vs fiction and/or the way they research their books.

I absolutely can’t wait to read the blogs, and hope I can make the chat on Friday with Cari and Leia.

This genre is what made me want to write and publish after so many years of trying to finish a novel and not being able to. Something about the BDSM genre just speaks to me–I love it dearly!

I hope the mainstream media will stop acting like tittering middle-schoolers, though, and treat the genre with more respect and professionalism soon. That’s gonna get old!

My introduction to BDSM books was through the Rough Rider series which I discovered last year.
